Due to growth, we are currently recruiting Assessors with experience in the Diploma of Business and/or Diploma in Leadership and Management to join their team. Reporting to the Head of Learning, the successful candidate will be responsible for assessing vocational training courses and assisting trainers with student support as required. This role is 100% WFH with flexibility around hours worked (permanent part-time/full-time/contract) Key responsibilities: Assess and evaluate the performance of course participants, providing constructive feedback. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate relevant changes into training programs. Collaborate with the Head of Learning to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress. What we're looking for: Tertiary qualifications in Training & Assessment, Business, Leadership and Management Extensive background in business and/or corporate training and coaching. Experience delivering Diploma in Business and/or Leadership and Management. A deep understanding of business and management principles. Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design. Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups. Benefits: $50 per hour (neg - pro-rata) Negotiable hours WFH - anywhere in Australia!
