Our instructors play a vital role in reducing stigma, strengthening support networks, and helping people step in with confidence when someone needs help most.
As An Instructor, You'll:
* Deliver engaging, high-quality Mental Health First Aid training to diverse organisations and communities.
* Facilitate supportive, inclusive learning environments that encourage open conversation and skill development.
* Adapt delivery to suit different audiences, industries and learning needs.
* Travel to client sites around [location], with optional interstate opportunities.
* Receive ongoing support from our national training team.
* Contribute to building mentally healthy workplaces, schools and communities.
* Current Mental Health First Aid Instructor accreditation.
* Valid Working With Children Check.
* Current Police Check.
* Driver's licence and reliable vehicle to travel to course locations.
