Job Description:
As a seasoned professional in payroll systems, you will lead the testing efforts for the transition of our payroll to a new managed services provider.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-impact payroll implementation program. You will develop and manage the overall integrated test approach, test plans, and test cases for our payroll systems.
* Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate testing of payroll requirements.
* Manage and coordinate test environments and data preparation activities.
* Support defect management and triage processes with vendors.
* Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and enterprise policies.
Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced Test Lead/Manager with a strong background in payroll systems to join our team.
Essential Skills: Proficiency in payroll systems, experience with test approach management, and strong collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills: Familiarity with ADP, Workday, and UKG Dimensions, as well as knowledge of local payroll regulations.
