The Role:
This hands-on, full-time administrative position will have you managing daily operations, building meaningful member relationships, assisting with exciting events, and driving our marketing and communications efforts.
The role is based out of our Wanneroo Offices, between 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth daily operations by managing administration, office systems, and internal communications.
Deliver exceptional member experience by nurturing relationships, handling enquiries, supporting onboarding and retention, and advocating for the organisation in the community.
Support event success by assisting with coordination and managing promotion and post-event follow-up, ensuring high-quality engagement and data capture.
Drive brand visibility and engagement via content creation, social media, newsletters, and website updates.
Maintain accurate financial records by processing invoices, payments, and receipts using Xero.

What We Need From You
Essentials:
2 + years' experience in a previous administrative role
Genuine passion for exceptional customer service and helping businesses succeed
Be able to build relationships easily, be warm and approachable
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
Be a problem solver and have a proactive, can-do approach
Confident using digital tools and platforms (e.g. Microsoft Office, social media, Canva, email marketing platforms, website CMS)
A current driver's license and ability to travel independently with your own vehicle
Ability to attend evening and morning events as required, and flexibility with your working hours
National Police Clearance
Desirables:
Experience working in the not-for-profit sector, membership organisations or community engagement
Local knowledge and/or connection to the City of Wanneroo
Certificate II in Business (or higher)
