About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Contact Centre in Darwin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Main Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with speed and accuracy
* Process inbound telephone bets and provide accurate information to customers
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Adapt to changing demands and upskill opportunities across customer service
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre environment
* Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail
* Flexibility to work rotating rosters, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* Strong numeracy and computer literacy (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
