Join an Award-Winning Advanced Skin Clinic Shine Skin & Body is seeking a passionate and experienced Skin / Dermal Therapist and Clinic Manager to join our supportive, high-performing team in Richmond.

For the right candidate, there is also an opportunity to step into a Clinic Manager leadership role, mentoring and supporting a passionate team within our thriving clinic.

* Therapist Role: $34–$42 per hour + Super.
* Clinic Manager Role: From $40+ per hour + Super.

About You
Essential Requirements:
* Diploma Qualified Beauty Therapist.
* Minimum 3 years' clinic/salon experience.
* Advanced treatment experience including IPL / Laser (non-hair removal), Skin needling, Chemical peels.
* Strong knowledge of skin physiology and skin conditions.
* Excellent communication and client education skills.
For Clinic Manager Applicants:
* Minimum 2 years' management experience within beauty, skin or aesthetics.
Highly Regarded:
* Dermal Therapy qualifications.
* Strong extraction and acne treatment experience.
* Leadership and mentoring skills.
