The Role
The Operations Support Administrator / Service Coordinator will liaise with the service team and Site Management to support tasks such as PPM and Reactive Allocation, Tracking, Reporting, and Escalating; timesheet review and reporting; and service P.O management.

This role is based in Newcastle, NSW .

* Support the Finance and Accounts Team
* Coordinate and allocate tasks such as Planned Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance across multiple services and contracts, ensuring the successful completion of tasks within the CMMS systems
* Maintain data accuracy and records related to assets and maintenance, ensuring records are up-to-date
* Operate the internal helpdesk line, answer calls from engineers and the client service desk, and update tasks as required
* Close out work orders, enter close-off numbers, and perform checks to move POs to Approved status by the Team Leader
* Liaise with technicians daily to ensure SLA performance meets KPIs

Skills and Experience

* Basic knowledge of maintenance activities
* Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to learn new programs
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Desirable: Training in OH&S, QA, and environmental disciplines
