Job Description
CEA are looking for L**ogistics Coordinator**, where you'll play a key role in managing international shipments, processing invoices, and ensuring smooth communication with vendors and internal teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate international shipments, including booking import/export cargo, tracking deliveries, and preparing shipping reports.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
- Maintain accurate shipment records through ERP data entry and documentation management.
- Process and verify freight invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Investigate and resolve logistics issues to prevent delays and ensure smooth inbound/outbound operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, sales, and finance.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance logistics accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager.
**About You**
- Diploma or equivalent; qualifications in logistics, supply chain, or related fields are preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics coordination, international shipping, and invoice processing is highly desirable.
- Solid knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
