**About The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct phone screenings, interviews, compliance documentation and employment contracts.
- Provide professional consultancy services to our Facility Managers and key stakeholders.
- Manage recruiting activity by actively tracking and monitoring key performance indicators of talent acquisition to ensure utilising strategic and creative sourcing channels.
- Define and align hiring strategy with business requirements and provide continuous process improvement.
- Develop creative job advertisement and implement new recruitment streams and platforms.

**About you**
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people both internal and external.
- Agile, operationally focussed, and passionate about continuous improvement.
- High attention to detail.
- Able to deal with competing priorities easily.
- Effective time management and organisational ability.
- Creative and innovative.
- Experience across appropriate social media channels.
