Position: Chef de Partie - Grill Section, Pony Melbourne (Full Time) 
Salary: AUD 65,000–70,000 per year 
Work Type: Full Time 
We're looking for a full-time Chef de Partie to join the kitchen as we head into a busy spring/summer. You'll be confident on the grill, eager to upskill, and comfortable working across a menu that celebrates provenance and creativity in equal measure. You will work shoulder to shoulder with fantastic people and creative direction within arm's reach, meaning direct access and collaborative conversation around all things edible. 
Responsibilities 
Maintain proficiency on the grill and with all things protein, including boning, probing, resting, seasoning and tasting. 
Collaborate with the kitchen team and leadership to execute a high-quality, ingredient-led menu. 
Hold your section down and contribute to the thumping heart of the Pony kitchen.
