About the Role
You'll be the go‐to person for logistics and administration support:
* Coordinate travel, accommodation, and shutdown/mobilisation services.
* Process site access requests, rosters, and expense reconciliations.
* Manage end‐to‐end mobilisation requirements including training and domestic travel.
* Respond to queries and provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
* Maintain data accuracy and prepare reports related to travel and accommodation.
* Identify process improvements and contribute to operational workshops.
* Provide system training for self‐managed travel users and business partners.
About You
* Strong organisational and problem‐solving skills with high attention to detail.
* Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, Excel, and corporate travel platforms.
* Previous experience in mining travel or complex travel management is a must!
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A continuous improvement mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Must have access to a car for travel requirements.
