Program Manager for Cyber Operations
The role of a Program Manager for Cyber Operations involves overseeing the implementation and management of cybersecurity operations within an organization. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and expertise in program management.
About the Role:
* Manage the development and execution of cybersecurity programs to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
* Lead cross-functional teams to implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols and procedures.
* Analyze complex security threats and develop effective mitigation strategies.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize cybersecurity requirements.
* Maintain accurate records and reports on cybersecurity activities and incidents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Active Top Secret security clearance and be immediately eligible for nomination to receive TS/Special Compartmented Information (SCI) access.
* Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, or relevant field from an accredited college/university; Industry standard certifications as specified in the tasks responsibilities.
* 6+ years in IT, Cyber Operations, and/or Engineering
* 3+ years in Program Management
Desired Qualifications:
* Program Management Certification
* Master's Degree in Security Engineering
* Cyber Security certifications a plus
