About the Role
Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operational support of our Dubbo Depot.
This is a dynamic role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a busy depot environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Schedule fleet movementsacross Dubbo and Gulgong region
* Support the team with day-to-day depot operations
* Manage inventory control and stock movements
* Complete end-of-month reconciliation tasks
Skills & Experience
* Previous administration experience (essential)
* Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
* Initiative and sound problem-solving skills
* Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of HSSE and Chain of Responsibility (COR) processes
* Customer-focused with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
* Commitment to compliance and safety standards
