With a strong pipeline of work, we are currently looking for a Building Services Engineer to join the business based in Brisbane, QLD. We are open to applicants who either have previous Building Services Engineering experience through working as a Builder, Project Engineers & Managers from a HVAC or Electrical background or Consulting Engineers looking to get involved in more site based activities. With the right attitude, we will work with you to grow into a CSI Services Engineer.
Responsibilities
* Ensure the Building Services scope is delivered in full and compliant with all standards & scope requirements.
* Subcontractor management
* Collaboration and coordination with the wider project team & all stakeholders
* Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project
* Design, Construction & Commissioning programme coordination
* Stay abreast of all technological, best practice & statutory changes within the industry.
Qualifications/Skills
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field)
* 3+ years industry experience
* Knowledge of relevant codes & standards
