About the Role
Our Mobile Patient Care (MPC) team provides Non‑Emergency Patient Transport (NEPT) across Victoria and New South Wales, supported by a modern fleet of ambulances and RFDS aircraft. We are currently seeking Registered Paramedics for a part‑time ongoing position in Lismore, working Wednesday & Thursday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM .
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct patient assessments and provide clinical interventions during transport
* Deliver safe, high‑quality care in line with RFDS MPC and NEPT guidelines
* Build positive relationships with patients and healthcare stakeholders
* Work independently and collaboratively within established protocols
* Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulations
What You'll Need to Be Successful
* Current registration as a Registered Paramadi with AHPRA
* Qualifications in Paramedical Science, Health Science (Paramedic), or equivalent
* Completion of required clinical placements and assessments
* Valid full New South Wales Driver's Licence and ability to drive in urban and rural settings
* Availability to work Wednesday & Thursday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Vaccination Requirements
Applicants must provide evidence of immunisation for:
* Hepatitis B
* Varicella (Chickenpox)
* MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
* DTP (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis)
* Annual Influenza
Other Conditions
All applicants must undergo a driver history and demerit point check, at compliance stage. You must not have repeated driving offences within the last three years. All positions are subject to a National Police Check and require holding a valid Working with Children Check.
