About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and professional Workshop Service Supervisor to run a team of workshop technicians and apprentices at our. This is an exciting, challenging and dynamic role in an ever changing industry within a rapidly growing company, offering competitive remuneration. Key Accountabilities
Lead the safety culture and safety compliance within the branch
Ensure customer service excellence is delivered
Manage resourcing levels and the performance of the team.
Provide hands on support to the team during busy periods
Build positive and effective relationships with all stakeholders and clients by providing technical expertise.
Completion of all paperwork relating to the completion of jobs, including timesheets, service reports and other required information.
You will need to think on your feet and display a high level of integrity, honesty, reliability and confidentiality at all times.

About you
Experience in leading a team
A clear and confident communication style with the ability to stay calm under pressure
Strong problem solving skills and ability to think outside the box
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to details
Team player who will adhere to and promote the Company's Values & Behaviours
Whilst not required applicants with OEM experience are highly desired.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 35-40 per week
**Salary**: From $150.00 per day
