What You'll Do (The Exciting Stuff)
Be the people champion: You'll be the go-to person for all HR queries across APAC – from supporting recruitment to creating seamless onboarding and offboarding experience, and every touch point in-between.
Shape careers: Partner with leaders on career development, coordinate training programs, and support our people's growth journey from probation to promotion.
Drive cultural excellence: Support our annual culture audit initiatives, plan engagement events, and help implement initiatives that make Verian an extraordinary place to work.
Master the systems: Become our HRIS superhero, maintaining data integrity while identifying automation opportunities that make everyone's life easier.
Connect & communicate: Craft engaging people communications, support our employer brand, build resources and materials, and drive engagement to our SharePoint people hub.
What makes you a good fit:
* Solutions-focused mindset – you see challenges as opportunities, and enjoy creating visual workflows to simplify processes
* 3+ years of HR experience – you've been in the trenches and know what great people support looks like
* Multi-cultural experience (APAC) preferred – you understand the nuances of working across diverse cultures and time zones.
* Australian employment law knowledge with appetite to learn other jurisdictions
* HRIS & Excel experience – preferably with superuser or administrator experience
* Cultural intelligence and stakeholder management superpowers
