Are you a visual storyteller with an eye for style and innovation? As the Content Specialist, you'll be crafting compelling stories that showcase our brands across fashion and workwear channels. Collaborating closely with our marketing team, you'll lead the charge in producing, editing, and designing digital content that captures the essence of our products and the people who wear them.
What you'll do
This role includes, but is not limited to, the following areas of responsibility:
Own the content calendar for multiple brands: plan, storyboard, schedule and publish
Capture and edit short‑form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn snippets) with crisp hooks, snappy pacing and on‑brand captions
Write sharp copy for posts, headlines and websites, tailor towards our audience.
Shoot on the go: film B‑roll and to‑camera pieces on location at studio and lifestyle shoots.
Edit quickly and cleanly using your preferred NLE (Premiere Pro/Final Cut/CapCut) and basic motion/graphics
Proficient in at least one professional video editing software from the preferred suite (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut)
Design visually engaging assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for use across websites, EDM's, catalogues, flyers, trade partner assets.
Publish and report: track performance, extract insights and iterate content based on data
Stay on trend: proactively pitch ideas inspired by platform trends and business priorities
Manage the day‑to‑day execution and upkeep digital media assets, including websites, EDMs, social media and trade catalogues.
Required Skills & Experience
The ideal Digital Media & Content Specialist will bring a combination of creativity, technical expertise, and a proactive attitude. We're looking for someone who possesses most or all of the following:
Degree qualifications in digital media, communications, or a related field – or equivalent hands‑on industry experience
Strong experience in website content management, including uploading, updating, and general maintenance
In‑depth knowledge and understanding of all mainstream digital platforms and their best practices
Advanced video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar programs (essential)
High‑level design proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (essential)
Excellent writing skills across a variety of content styles – with the ability to provide examples
Confident communicator with exceptional time management skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality output
Willingness to learn and contribute across a wide range of tasks in a close‑knit team environment
Flexibility to work outside standard office hours, including lifestyle, studio and trade event content creation.
Creative flair and energy, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
