Administration Assistant/Officer – Legal Document Focus

Join our friendly team on the Gold Coast and help us keep things running smoothly. We're looking for an organised Administration Assistant/Officer with solid experience handling legal documents. If you're detail‑oriented, proactive, and enjoy coordinating across multiple stakeholders, we'd love to hear from you.
The opportunity
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–3:00pm (6 hours a day, 30 hours a week)
School hours: Your workday sits entirely within school hours
Type: Part-time, ongoing role
What you'll do
* Prepare legal documents and letters (for example, franchise and agent agreements)
* Managing franchise and agent network databases
* Organise document signing within our team and external partners (including e‑signing tools)
* Keep files up to date and track deadlines and task lists across different matters
* Maintain shared folders and registers so documents are accurate, confidential, and easy to find
* Work with our external legal team and other stakeholders to move tasks forward
* Help with compliance work, such as gathering client history and supporting information
* Handle sensitive information carefully and professionally
* Help with general admin: filing, data entry, and office support
