Therapeutic Family Support Worker
An excellent opportunity exists for a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Therapeutic Family Support Worker. This rewarding role requires the ability to provide full-time care and support to young people in residential care, helping them transition into stable family environments where they can build trust, resilience, and independence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming a young person into their home and providing consistent, empathetic care, supported by a dedicated local team. As a member of our trauma-informed team, you will work closely with colleagues to help children overcome adversity and achieve their full potential.
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to form strong relationships with young people, their families, and professionals. You will also have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support, with a focus on promoting positive outcomes for vulnerable young people.
