Our Trade Operator roles are dynamic and hands‐on, offering variety every day.
Key Responsibilities
* Work as a key member of your team under the direction of a supervisor.
* Support smooth production operations and contribute to team performance.
About the role
* Travel across Central Queensland Coal Network (CQCN) for maintenance/closures.
* You must have the ability to work away from home on a varying roster consisting of rosters generally 8 on 6 off (Production Roles).
* Your roster is based on a 208‐shift count.
* Ideally live in Mackay / Sarina / Rockhampton or surrounding suburbs.
* Hotel/apartment style accommodation.

About you
* Certificate III Engineering Mechanical.
* Current drivers' licence (Essential).
* High level of skill in maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of plant and equipment.
* Sound communication skills both written and verbal.
* Exceptional teamwork skills and helpful attitude.
Sorry FIFO is not offered, however some of staff are happy DIDO and must you meet fatigue guidelines.
