What you'll be doing (and learning):
* Reaching out to potential customers and partners through cold calls, follow-up emails, and in-person networking
* Supporting sales efforts: pitching our product/service, handling basic objections, and booking meetings
* Keeping things organised: maintaining contact lists and CRMs, tracking leads and campaign performance
* Creating and sending communications: professional emails, short proposals, social media posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Using everyday tools confidently: Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs), Canva for quick visuals, and social platforms
* Taking initiative: improving our outreach lists, suggesting fresh campaign ideas, and helping optimise what we're doing
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
* Current studies in
marketing, business, communications
, or a similar field
* Comfort and confidence talking to people + building relationships (e.g., experience with cold calls, follow-ups, or casual networking chats)
* Basic awareness of sales processes (e.g., pitching something, dealing with objections, securing meetings)
* Strong organisation and attention to detail (e.g., keeping spreadsheets/CRMs accurate and up-to-date)
* Clear written and verbal communication skills (emails, short proposals, social captions)
* Familiarity with common tools like
Google Sheets/Docs

Canva

LinkedIn
* A proactive mindset you're willing to learn quickly and run with ideas
* Ability to work on-site in Adelaide

This is an on-site internship in Adelaide we're after someone local who can commit regularly and grow with us. It's a great chance to gain real-world skills in a supportive, energetic startup environment.
