**About the Role**:
Participate in the evolution of eBusiness products in OCEANIA region
Provide support to agency users & Clients in Oceania Region to further enhance our relationship with our client base
Record or log details of eBusiness support calls into the Support System and the resolution as required
Identify, investigate and analyse eBusiness Information needs, business processes and procedures and specify systems requirements
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
Tertiary qualification in either Electronics or Computing.
Sound knowledge of business system terminology and concepts
Exceptional Customer Service Orientation
