We are a small boutique agency with residential rental managements, commercial properties and holiday rentals.
Essentially we require someone with a current real estate registration in Queensland, a QLD drivers licence, a responsible attitude and most of all a sense of humour.
Who we are looking for:
- Senior property manager to manage the rent roll, with support - no trust account work.
- Someone vibrant, fun and energetic with high responsibility, someone to fit with the family team, local trades and community.
- Minimum 3-5 years of property management experience is required.
- A supportive principal & staff, we support training, best practice and we take an interest in every management.
- Take home car with fuel allowance provided
