About the Role:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Part time) to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a busy operational site. This is a stand‑alone, part‑time position (3 days per week) requiring onsite presence. The role will focus on delivering high‑volume recruitment across technical, production, and trade positions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
* Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
* Coordinate reference checks, offers, and onboarding processes.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners.
* Provide market insights and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
About You:
* Proven experience in recruitment (agency, RPO, or in‑house).
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate independently in a stand‑alone role.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage high‑volume recruitment while maintaining quality candidate experience.
* Comfortable working onsite three days per week in Brisbane, QLD.
