Financial Systems Administrator with a State Government Department, requiring an immediate start.

Are you an experienced Systems Accountant and looking for a new contract within the State Government? My client, based north of Perth, are looking to bring on a Financial Systems Administrator to maintain the Departments Financial Systems (Tech One). This is a 6-month contract (with the possibility of extension and requires an immediate start.
Your new role
* Advise and support internal and external stakeholders on financial systems and processes to meet business needs and enhance service delivery.
* Monitor, analyse, and report on financial system practices and procedures to identify risks and recommend improvements that support best practices and compliance with departmental and legislative requirements.
* Manage and maintain core elements of the Technology One financial system, including the chart of accounts, fund and project codes, financial delegations, and system security access.
* Reconcile all modules and ledgers within Technology One and its interfaced systems (e.g., Aurion, Active Directory) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
* Develop, maintain, and deliver user documentation, training materials, and system training to build financial systems capability across the Department.

* Knowledge and experience in financial management systems: Manage, deliver, and support integrated financial management systems, enabling efficient team operations and sound business decisions. (You take initiative to improve systems and support operational effectiveness.)
* Experience with Tech One Financial Systems: Manage key finance functions such as budgeting, procurement, and reporting, while supporting users and identifying opportunities for system improvements. (You take ownership of your work and contribute to team success.)
