What You'll Be Doing
Develop and execute territory management plans to maximise sales into targeted crops
Deliver product education, technical support, and training to customers and resellers
Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders across the agricultural sector
Provide promotional and marketing support, and represent YH&A at grower days, field days and conferences
Champion safety, sustainability, and stewardship in all activities

What We're Looking for
Proven track record of achieving targets and experience in a similar sales role
Tertiary qualifications in agronomy or agriculture
Strategic planning (for seasonal / crop cycle periods), project management, and solution creation skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A passion for empowering growers and driving industry innovation
