Job Title:
Administrative Financial Lead
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our financial operations, payroll, and administrative systems.
This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for a detail-oriented individual who values structure, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Manage all aspects of payroll including PAYG, Superannuation & payroll tax compliance.
* Conduct bank reconciliations and support cash flow planning and forecasting.
* Prepare monthly financial statements including profit and loss reports.
* Liaise with external accountants and auditors to ensure financial reviews meet regulatory standards.
* Maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure timely payments.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit standards.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a finance or accounts management role.
* Proficiency in MYOB and Microsoft Excel.
* Strong organizational skills and hands-on problem-solving approach.
