Leveraging Levy Australia's cutting-edge, guest-centric approach you will be tasked with delivering legendary experiences for the up to three million guests to hundreds of events the park welcomes each year, including the world's biggest tennis tournament, the Australian Open. Fast-paced, and no two days the same, you will be responsible for:
- Play a key role in orchestrating major sporting competitions and entertainment events.
- Provide administration support to the logistics department.
- Work with a dedicated team of logistics and operations professionals to ensure an excellent overall guest experience.

**THE POSITION**
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics including setup, breakdown, equipment rental, and transportation logistics to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Support the manager in overseeing and documenting inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies for events.
- Ability to communicate clearly and coordinate with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Manage timelines and deadlines effectively.
- Picking and packing orders wherever needed.
- Adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
**THE PERSON**
- Previous experience in large scale event logistics or operations.
- Experience in inventory management, supply chain logistics, and procurement, will be highly regarded.
- Highly developed organisation and administration skills.
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
