We're looking for a motivated and talented Graduate Engineer to join our Technical Services team in the Greater Perth Area.

Graduates will participate in a development program which will involve on-the-job and formal training, with the goal of being able to work independently to deliver exceptional technical engineering, service and support to all internal and external customers.

If you're excited by Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and like the idea of getting out on site to solve real-world problems, you're exactly who we'd love to hear from.

What You'll Do:

* Apply your academic knowledge to real-world engineering challenges across utilities, manufacturing, and infrastructure.

* Work alongside some of the industry's most experienced control systems engineers on cutting-edge DCS and SCADA projects.

* Deliver exceptional technical support and service to internal and external customers.

* Participate in a structured graduate development program that combines on-the-job learning, mentoring, and formal training.

* Build your technical confidence and grow your career within a supportive, collaborative team.

* Gain hands-on exposure to field work, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer interaction.

What We're Looking For:

* A degree in Instrumentation & Control Systems, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Chemical Engineering.

* A genuine interest in Industrial Control Systems or Industrial Automation—from study, projects, or personal curiosity.

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically under pressure.

* Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.

* Attention to detail, especially when working across multiple tasks and scopes.

* An understanding of workplace safety and a commitment to safe work practices.

* Experience using engineering software or exposure to automation systems (highly regarded but not essential).

* Prior work or placement experience (a bonus, but absolutely not required).
