To excel in this position, you will require at least two years of management experience within a similar venue, extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations and the ability to accurately manage stock levels and investigate any discrepancies.
The ideal candidate will be present on the floor during peak service periods, including evenings and weekends, and will be able to train, mentor and motivate staff effectively.
Key Requirements:
* Management experience within a similar venue (minimum 2 years)
* Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations
* Ability to accurately manage stock levels and investigate discrepancies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work late shifts, evenings and weekends as required
