Digital Marketing Coordinator – Today Media

Today Media is a performance-driven media agency specialising in the property sector, helping Australia's leading developers connect with the right audiences through data-led marketing. We're looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Performance Marketing team.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Cremorne. We're looking for someone who enjoys working face-to-face in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll work closely with our Performance Executive and broader media team to help deliver campaigns that get noticed and get results. Expect to be:
* Assisting in the setup, optimisation, and management of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and more
* Supporting campaign delivery across offline media including print, radio, and OOH
* Monitoring performance data and learning to generate clear reports and recommendations
* Supporting client communication with updates, insights, and data-led observations
* Helping manage timelines, media bookings, campaign documents, and budgets
* Learning to work with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and internal media planning systems
What We're Looking For
You don't need prior agency experience, just curiosity, drive, and a genuine interest in marketing and media. Ideally, you:
* Are organised and confident managing multiple moving parts
* Have great attention to detail and enjoy working with data
* Are a clear communicator who enjoys working with people
* Are proactive and comfortable asking questions or finding better ways to do things
* Have an interest in digital platforms, advertising strategy, and the media industry
* Have exposure to tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or Canva (a bonus, not essential)
