Responsibilities
* Play a lead role supporting the business.
* Exposed to a large variety of work in a collegiate and fast-paced environment.
* Support financial services transactions including commercial agreements, regulatory and compliance and risk management.
* Provide practical legal advice and build strong relationships.
Qualifications
* 8 to 10+ years’ PQE.
* Experience within a regulated financial services environment.
* Strong contractual drafting and negotiation skills.
* Demonstrated exposure to transactions; commercial agreements; regulatory and compliance; and risk management.
