Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Spa & Wellness, you will oversee all day-to-day spa operations while driving performance, standards, and guest satisfaction.
You Will Be Responsible For
Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing spa team
Driving revenue growth and achieving monthly KPIs
Managing rosters, labour cost control and productivity benchmarks
Retail strategy and sales performance
Maintaining Forbes / 5-star service standards
Guest journey oversight and service recovery
Stock management and supplier relationships
Supporting wellness programming and activations
Ensuring compliance, hygiene, and operational excellence
Qualifications
About You
You Are
An experienced Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager in a luxury environment
Commercially astute with strong financial literacy
Confident managing KPIs, payroll percentages, and retail conversion
A natural leader who builds culture, not just rosters
Immaculate in presentation and communication
Calm under pressure and solution-focused
Passionate about wellness, service artistry, and guest experience
Essential
Minimum 3–5 years leadership experience in a premium spa
Strong knowledge of spa booking systems
Proven track record of driving revenue and retail performance
