As an Mid‐Market Sales Development Representative, you'll be working with our sales team and will be instrumental in shaping the growth of Employment Hero within the mid‐market segment by identifying, nurturing, and qualifying sales opportunities that directly contribute to our BHAG of revolutionising workforce management.
Responsibilities
* Sourcing and qualifying new sales opportunities specifically within the mid‐market segment.
* Driving growth within the mid‐market segment by consistently exceeding sales targets and developing strong relationships with potential clients.
* Conducting discovery calls to deeply understand the unique needs of mid‐market clients and tailoring our solutions accordingly.
* Collaborating with Account Executives to ensure the smooth handover of qualified opportunities and help close sales.
This includes:
* Sourcing new sales opportunities in the Mid‐Market Segment 151+ employees and above, through inbound lead follow‐up and outbound cold calls and emails.
* Conducting discovery calls to understand the unique needs and requirements of mid‐market clients, tailoring our solutions to their specific circumstances.
* Qualifying and routing potential opportunities to the appropriate Account Executives for further development and eventual closure.
* Researching mid‐market accounts, identifying key decision‐makers, and generating interest in Employment Hero's offerings for this market.
* Maintaining and expanding your database of mid‐market prospects within your assigned segment.
* Collaborating with the sales team to conduct effective online demonstrations of our software to mid‐market prospects when necessary.
Who you are
* Proven Sales Experience with a Mid‐Market Focus: Demonstrated experience in high‐volume inside sales, particularly within the mid‐market segment.
* Over‐Achievement: A track record of consistently exceeding targets and goals in the mid‐market sector.
* Phone Skills: Strong phone presence and the resilience to engage in phone communication throughout the day, particularly with mid‐market clients.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially when dealing with mid‐market clients.
* Listening and Presentation for the Mid‐Market: Proficiency in active listening and presentation skills, tailored for mid‐market audiences.
* Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks effectively, and manage time efficiently, with a focus on mid‐market leads and prospects.
