About the Opportunity Step into a role where your leadership will shape the future of enterprise digital projects.
As the Lead Developer, you will: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams across Perth and Indonesia offices.
Lead architectural decisions and maintain technical standards across projects.
Review and approve technical specifications, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Ensure code quality standards are maintained.
Collaborate with the CTO on technical strategy and implementation.
Drive innovation and evaluate new technologies for potential adoption.
Manage technical debt and oversee system performance optimisation.
Interface with clients on technical matters when required.
About You The ideal candidate will have: Demonstrated experience of working on enterprise digital projects and leading a team.
Practical experience with PHP and Laravel 9+, React JS, emphasising a DevOps mindset, including observability, monitoring, unit tests, and alerts.
A solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence infrastructure.
Proficiency in working with APIs and integrating third-party services.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot application issues and understand their underlying causes.
Familiarity with Git version control and Agile project management.
