Roster: 2 days on / 2 days off | 12-hour day shifts

About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor with strong mechanical skills to lead a day-shift maintenance crew in a high-throughput industrial plant. This role combines on-the-tools problem solving with team leadership, ensuring plant reliability, safety, and operational excellence.
You won't be stuck at a desk—you'll drive performance on the floor and set the standard for your team.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate fitters and electricians on 12-hour day shifts
* Jump on the tools for mechanical troubleshooting when required
* Coordinate breakdowns, preventative maintenance, and shift handovers
* Use CMMS and reporting tools to plan, track, and close maintenance tasks
* Enforce WHS standards including isolations, lockouts, and safe work practices
* Mentor apprentices and lift team capability

What We're Looking For
* Trade-qualified Fitter (preferred) or Electrician with strong mechanical aptitude
* Experience supervising maintenance teams in heavy industry or manufacturing
* Hands-on, safety-driven, and effective communicator
* Exposure to CMMS, maintenance planning systems, and shift-based reporting
