Early Childhood Support Professional
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to fill this essential role. This position offers consistent hours within school-friendly times, making it an ideal fit for parents or individuals seeking a balanced work routine.
This position guarantees a minimum of 20 hours per week, with shifts scheduled within school hours. The primary focus is on lunch relief duties, although you may be involved in other aspects of the program as needed.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide nurturing care during daily routines and transitions
* Support educators across rooms during lunch breaks
* Engage children in meaningful play and learning activities
* Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive environment
* Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues
* Adhere to the EYLF, NQS, and all regulatory requirements
Necessary Qualifications and Skills:
* Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum)
* Experience working in early childhood settings
* A genuine passion for children's learning and wellbeing
* Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing needs
* Current WWCC, First Aid/CPR, and other required compliance certifications
