ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Detailed and demonstrated knowledge of menu planning for a broad range of catering styles and functions, including quick service doing light snacks
- Maintain high standards, in all aspects of the business
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Assist kitchen staff
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Relevant Certificate in Cookery or Diploma Qualification
- Passion for great food and presentation
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchens
- Able to work to a flexible roster includes weekends
- Respect towards colleagues and guests
- Team player
