THE OPPORTUNITY
Location : Lance Creek
Kilcoy Global Foods currently has permanent opportunities for a Qualified Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in a fast-paced, beef production environment. Work environments will vary from agricultural, production, refrigeration.
About the Role As Maintenance Supervisor, you will :
* Lead and coordinate a team of maintenance fitters and electricians across shifts.
* Oversee daily preventative and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime.
* Manage contractors and liaise with suppliers to ensure work is completed safely and effectively.
* Support production teams to maintain plant uptime and efficiency.
* Drive continuous improvement projects focused on equipment reliability and plant performance.
About You
* Trade qualified (Mechanical Fitter, Maintenance Electrician, or similar).
* Proven leadership experience
* Strong working knowledge of preventative maintenance systems (CMMS experience highly regarded).
* Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team in a high-pressure environment.
* Excellent problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
