Location: Morwell, Victoria with Flexible Working Options

Band 6 Salary Range: $97,245.14- $105,466.60 per annum plus 12% Superannuation

The Role

Latrobe City Council is seeking an energetic, flexible and proactive individual to join us as Team Leader Customer Focus. In this role you will coordinate and continuously improve the daily operations of Council’s Contact Centre & Headquarters Reception to ensure the delivery of consistently high-level customer service to the Latrobe City Community.

Reporting to the Coordinator Customer Focus, you will lead our Customer Focus Agents to ensure Key Performance Indicators, targets and objectives are consistently achieved. You will also work to improve, promote and implement agreed service standards by influencing and working in collaboration with teams throughout Council.

To be successful in this position you will need:

Experience in managing a dynamic customer service or contact centre environment.Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills to gain co-operation from a diverse range of stakeholders.Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to efficiently achieve objectives despite conflicting pressures.Leadership skills to support, motivate and coach a skilled Customer Focus team.

Successful applicants will be required to apply for and satisfactorily obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
