We are seeking a skilled Interior Documenter with strong Vectorworks 3D experience to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality retail interior projects. This role is focused on technical documentation, coordination, and translating design intent into accurate, build-ready drawings.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce accurate interior documentation using Vectorworks (2D & 3D)
* Develop detailed plans, sections, elevations, and joinery details
* Create and manage 3D models to support documentation and coordination
* Prepare construction and tender drawing packages
* Coordinate drawings with consultants and internal teams
* Ensure documentation meets project standards, timelines, and regulations
* Incorporate design revisions efficiently and accurately
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience documenting retail interior projects
* Strong proficiency in Vectorworks 3D
* Experience using Excel and Indesign is also required
* Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Clear communication and teamwork skills
