Job Title: Apparel Product Director
Key Responsibilities:
* Incorporate global seasonal apparel strategies into the business, combining global lines with regional perspectives.
* Lead the Apparel Product team, focusing on strategic growth, professional development, and departmental performance.
* Communicate merchandising plans to stakeholders and collaborate with sales teams to ensure product coverage supports growth through various channels.
* Develop assortments that meet retail channel needs, ensuring a consistent consumer experience.
* Analyze sales data to anticipate product needs and shape ranges accordingly.
* Manage contracts with suppliers, including quality control, sustainability, and flexibility.
* Oversee design, development, approval, and production of licensed and SMU programs.
* Provide seasonal feedback and insights for the business and global consultations.
* Engage with customers and represent their voice in programs and initiatives.
