About the Role
Account Manager, you'll be the key link between our clients and candidates — building trusted partnerships, matching top talent to the right opportunities, and helping businesses grow.

What You'll Do
Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
Visit client sites to build relationships, ensure safety compliance, and assess workforce needs
Proactively grow your client portfolio through networking, marketing, and business development
Source, interview, and shortlist high-quality candidates
Negotiate offers, manage placements, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
Support candidates and clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Deliver on performance targets while maintaining outstanding service quality

Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in recruitment, account management, or a client-facing role
A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skillsExcellent organisational and multitasking abilities
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Strong computer and administrative skills
A current driver's licence (for client visits)
