Job Role:
We are seeking experienced Dining Room Attendants to support Residential Aged Care Facilities in Rockhampton.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving meals, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, and ensuring the overall well-being of residents.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and serving meals and drinks to residents
* Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
* Sweeping and mopping floors, washing dishes, benches & cutlery and disposing of waste
* Setting the dining room for daily meals
* Adhering to and supporting Health, Safety, and Quality Compliance activities
* Cleaning of facility – resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, dusting, vacuuming and sweeping.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 months paid experience (Aged Care Facility preferred)
* A valid National Police Check
* Fully COVID-19 vaccinated (in line with state requirements)
* A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Willingness to complete mandatory training through our onboarding process
