About the Role:

* Ensure all children and families have access to high-quality early childhood education and care.

* Build partnerships with key stakeholders.

* Provide advice and support to local government, community service organisations and early childhood providers.

* Monitor service agreements between the Department of Education and funded organisations to ensure delivery of funded programs and organisations meet key policy and service agreement policies and funding requirements

* Support the implementation of key government Early Childhood policy, initiatives, reforms, and strategies at a local level.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to improve early childhood education and care services.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to build strong relationships and achieve shared goals.

3. Provide expert advice and guidance to early childhood providers and local government.

4. Analyse data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

5. Contribute to the development of policy and procedures that support the delivery of early childhood education and care services.

What You'll Need:

* A degree in a relevant field such as early childhood education, social work or a related discipline.
">
* Proven experience in early childhood education and care, preferably in a leadership or advisory role.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to analyse complex information and develop solutions.

* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
