Position: People and Culture Co-ordinator
Location: Caloundra, QLD
Hours: Part time - 30 hours - 5 days/week.

Due to continued growth we are looking for a People and Culture Co-ordinator to join our team on the Sunshine Coast.
Position Overview:
Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, this is a varied and rewarding role that supports the People and Culture function across a wide range of activities across the employee lifecycle, such as:
* providing operational and administrative support across People and Culture functions, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, organisational policies, and industry standards which includes coordinating HR processes, maintaining accurate employee records, compiling, and reporting HR data and workforce metrics, such as turnover and absenteeism to support informed decision-making.
* being actively “on the tools” with People and Culture activities, including recruitment, reference checking, preparing and issuing employment contracts, job descriptions, onboarding new employees, and managing offboarding processes.
In addition, the People and Culture Coordinator will contribute to People and Culture projects that help ensure we continue to improve the employee experience and support the organisation to foster a values-based, high-performing workplace culture.
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
* HR tertiary qualification or minimum 4 years People and Culture experience
* HRIS - Employment Hero knowledge and experience
* SCHAD's award knowledge and experience
* High level of attention to detail
* Proactive approach with the confidence to take initiative
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
* Commitment to continuous improvement and striving for excellence
Desirable:
* Certificate III In Aged Care or related field
* Experience in aged care or human services, with an understanding of client-centered care and support
