Sous Chef Opportunity
This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering high-quality meals with a modern, homestyle twist.
About the Role
* Monday to Friday day shifts (with occasional weekends)
* Leads daily kitchen operations, upholding safety and quality standards
* Mentors kitchen staff, fostering a positive, service-focused culture
The successful candidate will have a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) and experience as a Sous Chef or in a senior kitchen position. They should be skilled in high-volume cooking, with a strong focus on quality and presentation.

* Mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management, attention to detail, and food safety knowledge. They should be a team player who can also work independently, with a proven track record of achieving results in fast-paced environments.
