Account Executive Role
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Account Executive to join our team at David Roberts & Partners (Insurance Brokers) Ltd.
About Us
Our organisation was founded in 1977 in Ormskirk, before relocating to Southport. We have since grown into a family of independent insurance brokers with businesses spanning the UK and Europe.
We have a dedicated team of over 450 colleagues who place over £630m in premiums with direct access to Lloyd's of London and other international markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive excellent service and suitable insurance solutions.
* Portfolio Growth: Maintain and grow the existing portfolio by proactively seeking new business through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
* Expert Advice: Provide expert advice on insurance products, including commercial, property, and liability insurance.
* Claims Assistance: Assist clients with claims, liaising with claims teams and insurers to ensure timely resolution.
* Regulatory Compliance: Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulations.
* Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on industry trends and product developments to offer innovative solutions.
Requirements
* Experience: Proven experience as an Account Executive or Insurance Broker in an independent brokerage or similar role.
* Knowledge: Strong knowledge of insurance products, especially in commercial lines.
* Skillset: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
* Qualifications: Relevant qualifications such as Cert CII or ACII are desirable.
