About the role
We are seeking an experienced On Site Caretaker/Handyman to join our team in Biggera Waters, Queensland. This part-time role will involve maintaining the grounds and facilities, as well as providing handyman services to our clients. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and presentation of our properties.
This is a part time position doing 5-6 hours a day incl weekend days.
What you'll be doing
* Perform general minor maintenance and repairs
* Assist with common area duties, skip bin collections, hosing of common areas
* Swimming Pool maintenance and cleaning
* Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
* After hours guest calls
What we're looking for
* Previous experience as a caretaker, handyman, or in a similar maintenance role
* Practical skills and the ability to perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks
* Police check and drivers licence required
* Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures
* Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
